Hello, I'm Sarah from the UAE and I'm seriously considering traveling to Seoul for double eyelid surgery. I've heard a lot about the doctors' expertise there and that the costs might be reasonable compared to other countries, but I'm not sure if the trip itself is worth it. I mean, I need to factor in the costs of flights, hotel, time, and any potential complications.
Another thing that worries me is whether it's safe to fly right after the surgery. And approximately how many days do I need to stay there? I'm also wondering about follow-up appointments after returning to the UAE. Can I contact them from here, or do I need to find a local doctor?
Has anyone tried this before? How did you make your decision? And are the results really different from going to a clinic here? I'd like some more practical advice! 😅

The recovery timeline and how to manage aftercare from abroad is definitely something I'm trying to figure out too—seems like a lot of people do stay for a week or so, but I'm also wondering if you could do follow-ups remotely.
