I'm honestly worried about how long the swelling will last and what kind of care I should do before getting on the plane. I've seen online before that cooling packs and compression items are really helpful, but what do you all actually bring with you? If you have any aftercare product recommendations that I can use on my way back to Japan, I'd really appreciate it.
