I understand that it corrects vision by inserting semi-permanent lenses into the eyeball!
Tokyo Eye Clinic is having a promotion for lens implantation too, so you should check it out. I went because the eye exam was free, but the consultation was so good that I ended up getting LASIK instead lol.
