When can I comfortably wash my face after lens insertion surgery?

I'm looking into washing my face after lens insertion surgery, and my biggest worry is water getting into my eyes.

Can I wash my face or shower after a few days? Does each clinic give different instructions?

I'm also wondering if I only need to be careful around my eyes when washing my face after lens insertion surgery, or if I should avoid washing my face with water altogether.

If I have to go to work, I think even washing my hair will be a bit of a concern ㅠㅠ
