Aftercare preparation for a beauty trip — what to bring?

Hello everyone! I'm Citra, and I'm planning a trip to Korea next month for some beauty treatments. I've done quite a bit of research, but I'm getting confused about the aftercare products I should bring from here.

I've heard that cooling masks and soothing gels are really important for recovery, but I'm not sure which ones to buy or how many. I was wondering if it's cheaper to buy them in Indonesia and bring them along, or if it's better to just buy them there? Some people have also recommended silicone scar sheets for later use — does anyone have a favorite brand or tips on how to choose them?

Plus, has anyone experienced recovery in Korea and can share what was most useful? I want to be well-prepared to make the healing process smoother. Thanks in advance! 😊
