Lately, as I've been getting a lot of health checkups, I've realized something:

Going to multiple hospitals separately is actually much more inefficient than I thought. ㅠㅠ

At first, I went to the OB/GYN separately, had a thyroid test separately, and even went to another hospital for an ultrasound if necessary.

But that actually took up a lot of time, and having to explain my symptoms again every time was a bit exhausting. Haha.

Then, I visited a place in Busan where I could get all my women's health issues checked at once.

It was definitely convenient because everything was connected and viewed in one go.

Since I don't have to go back and forth between multiple hospitals like before, it saved me time and put my mind at ease. Haha.

I think having a "structure that organizes everything in one go" is really important for health checkups.
