I was really stressed because I had recurring vaginitis for several months. It would get better for a while when I applied medication, but then it would come back again. It felt like my body was just falling apart for no reason. When I went for a consultation, they didn't immediately talk about procedures; instead, they suggested looking at my lifestyle habits and hormonal changes first. That felt really different to me. I just felt a sense of trust. Now, the frequency of recurrence has decreased, and my overall daily condition is much better.

I'm reading your post recommending OB/GYNs in Busan. May I ask which one you go to?
I go to Chunhae Hospital. I visited because of recurring vaginitis, and instead of just giving a prescription, they explained everything while performing an ultrasound and other tests. Personally, I felt comfortable because they didn't bring up surgery right away.
I was really stressed out because I had recurring vaginitis too. I can totally relate to being self-conscious about the smell and discharge... I started with daily care. I tried the Y-Cera spray vaginal probiotics, and perhaps because it's a direct care method, I liked how it seemed to restore my condition quickly. Since it's a powder spray type that you apply to underwear or hygiene products, it was convenient to use even before going out, making it easy to manage while working.
