Hello, my name is Mild from Thailand. I'm thinking about flying to Seoul for double eyelid surgery. I've been considering this for months, but I'm still hesitant about whether it's truly worth the time and expense of flying and staying overnight, unlike locals who can just visit a clinic. I know Korea has many skilled surgeons for this, but I'm worried about the language barrier and communicating with the doctor in a foreign country.
Many people say it depends on the results you want. Some suggest visiting multiple clinics when you go. I've seen a lot of discussion about scar healing time and other factors, but I honestly don't know where to start 😅.
I'd like to ask if anyone else has traveled from abroad for this procedure. Considering the time and money spent, do you think it was worth it? Is it necessary to fly multiple times, or is one trip sufficient? And are Korean and Thai surgeons truly different? Has anyone compared them?
