Hello everyone, I'm Yao. I wanted to ask you all, if I have a minor cosmetic procedure done in Korea and then need to travel abroad, how should I best take care of myself during the recovery period? I've heard there might be swelling, but I'm not sure what I need to prepare.
Has anyone been through this before? Does swelling get particularly bad before or after flying? What kind of skincare products should I bring back with me? I've heard that cold compresses and some soothing products are helpful, but I'm really not sure what specifically to use. Can any of you share your experiences?
Also, with such a long flight, are there any specific facial care precautions I should take? I'm a bit worried that flying might affect my recovery. I'm looking for advice from any experienced beauties out there!

I have the same concerns! I was so anxious last time because I had to catch a flight the day after my treatment 😅 In the end, I brought cooling soothing masks and moisturizing products, and tried to drink plenty of water and avoid salty foods on the plane, which I felt helped. However, everyone's swelling seems to be different, so I recommend asking the place where you had your treatment for their advice. They should know best about the recovery period!
