What should I pack to help with swelling after a facial contouring procedure when traveling?

Hi, this is Yuki. I'm planning to get a minor procedure in Korea next month, but I have a trip coming up soon after... I'd like to ask some questions about swelling management.

How long does the swelling usually last after the procedure? And what kind of care items do you all carry with you to reduce swelling? I'm still a bit anxious just from the clinic's explanation, so I'd like to hear from people who have actually experienced it.

There are probably various things like cooling sheets, soothing sheet masks, and supplements... but are there any that you found particularly useful while traveling? I'd especially appreciate any tips for air travel and how to spend time at the hotel.
