Torn Between a Decision: Stay and Work in Vietnam or Move to South Korea? 🤔

Hi everyone, I'm Thanh, and I'm currently struggling with a decision. I'm thinking about getting a cosmetic procedure done, but I'm unsure whether I should do it in Vietnam or go to South Korea. I know Korea is famous for this kind of thing, but I'm worried about travel, costs, and recovery from abroad. Does anyone have experience with both options?

The tricky part is that some friends tell me it's safer to do it locally since I can get easy follow-ups, but I've also heard so many stories about people going to Korea and being really satisfied. I'm not sure if there's a big price difference, and I'm not confident about which place to trust either. Has anyone had to weigh these two options before? How did you decide?
