How do foreigners usually choose a skin clinic in South Korea?

Hi everyone, I'm Yating from Taiwan! I'm currently considering getting some minor treatments in Korea, but honestly, I'm a bit lost. I've seen a lot of recommendations online, but I'm unsure how to distinguish between genuine reviews and sponsored content.

My biggest concern is communication. Although I know a little Korean, medical terminology is really difficult. Does anyone have experience finding clinics with English or Chinese consultations? Is it safer to just call and ask if they have a translator, or is it better to use a platform? I'd also like to know how people usually verify a clinic's reliability—besides checking Google reviews?

Could anyone share their experiences, especially regarding what to be aware of on the first visit? Thank you!
