Hey everyone! I'm heading to Korea in a couple weeks for some treatments and I'm trying to figure out what to bring for recovery at my hotel. I know I'll probably need cooling masks and maybe some soothing gel, but I'm worried about what's actually allowed through customs or what I should just buy there instead.
Has anyone done this before? I'm wondering if silicone scar sheets are worth packing or if I can find them easily at pharmacies in Seoul? Also, are there any OTC aftercare items you found super helpful that you wished you'd brought more of? I'm trying not to overpack but also want to be prepared, since I'll be pretty limited in what I can do the first few days.
Any tips on what worked for you? I'm honestly a bit nervous about the recovery part, so hearing what actually helped would be amazing!

I'm planning a similar trip, so I totally understand your concerns! I think things like cooling face masks are readily available in Seoul's drugstores, so you probably don't need to bring too many; however, if you have a favorite brand, bringing one or two won't take up much space. I've heard that silicone scar patches are also available in Seoul, but if you've used a particular brand and had good results, it might be better to have some on hand for peace of mind. I hope our recovery process goes smoothly!
