Hi everyone! I'm Cantika, and I'm planning to heal in Korea next month. I'm still confused about what aftercare products to bring from Indonesia. I've heard that people bring their own cooling masks, silicone scar sheets, and soothing gels from home.
For example, is it better to buy a cooling mask here first, or is it more practical to buy it directly in Korea? I'm worried that if I buy locally, the brand won't suit me or it might even irritate my skin. And about the silicone scar sheets—do they really help with the recovery process, or are they more preventative?
Has anyone had experience bringing their own aftercare products from Indonesia? How were the results? Or do you trust buying them there because they're tailored to Asian climates and skin types? I'd love to hear your stories before finalizing the product. Thank you! 🙏

Me too! I was worried about whether to buy aftercare products from abroad or buy them when I go to Korea 😅 When I went before, I bought them from Thailand, but once I got there, I felt that the cold Korean climate made some products feel a bit heavy. Try asking your medical team before buying anything. They'll know what's suitable for your skin. That might help!
Hello! I'm also Asian, so I understand your concerns. Did your skin react well to the skincare products you used in Indonesia before? I'm thinking that if your skin tolerates the types of products you usually use, you might feel more at ease bringing your usual brands.
