Should we do it in Taiwan or fly to South Korea? How did everyone decide?

Hi everyone! I'm Shanshan, and I've been struggling with a problem lately. I'm thinking of getting a certain treatment done, which is available in Taiwan, and there are also many options in Korea. But I really don't know where to go with it. Taiwan would be more convenient, and the aftercare would be easier, but I've heard many people say that the techniques and aesthetics are different in Korea? However, the cost, time, and recovery period arrangements for flying there are also concerns.

I'm worried that I'm just being misled by the before-and-after photos online. Taiwanese doctors are really skilled too! But I'd also like to hear from anyone who has actually had it done in Korea. How did you make the decision? Were there any language barriers? Are there any special precautions to take when returning to Taiwan after the procedure?
