As a foreigner, how can I determine whether reviews of Korean beauty clinics are credible?

Hi everyone, I'm Ying. I'm currently considering doing a small project in South Korea, but my Korean isn't very good, and I'm really confused when reading reviews. I can't understand many of the reviews on various websites, and even translation software sometimes sounds off.

I'd like to ask everyone, how do you determine if a clinic's reviews are genuine? Are there any warning signs I should be wary of? For example, are reviews overly technical or overly perfect reviews suspicious? Also, should I compare reviews from several different platforms?

Furthermore, as a Chinese-speaking foreigner, are there any better ways to understand a clinic's reputation? Should I just ask people in my social circle who have been there? Or are there any reliable international user communities or forums? I really don't want to be misled, so I'd like to hear everyone's experiences. Thank you!
