Hi, this is Natsuki 🙋♀️ I'm preparing for a treatment in Korea next month, and I'm worried about aftercare when I get home. There are so many things like cooling masks, silicone sheets, soothing gels, etc. What kind of things do you all buy locally or bring from Japan?
Honestly, I'm not sure what's really necessary and what's unnecessary 😅 I've heard that cooling is important right after the treatment, but I'd like to hear from people who have actually experienced it about how to spend the time afterward and what items are reassuring to have.
My budget isn't that big, so I only want to get things that are truly useful. If you have any recommended items, or if you have any experiences of "this wasn't necessary," I'd be happy to hear about them! Thank you in advance 😊

Hi Natsuki! I was having the same problem 😅 By the way, what kind of treatment are you planning to get? I'm wondering if the aftercare will vary depending on the type of treatment, so I'd like to know for reference!
Hi Natsuki! I'm also planning a treatment in Korea next month, so your question is very helpful! By the way, how long should the most important aftercare phase last? I'm on a tight budget and want to know which items are really worth it for just the first week. Thanks! 😊
