Hesitating between doing it in Taiwan or flying to South Korea... Has anyone experienced this dilemma?

Hi everyone, I'm Chialing. I'm currently considering a cosmetic procedure, but I'm torn between having it done in Taiwan or flying to Korea. Taiwan is certainly more convenient, and I can be in a familiar environment during the recovery period. However, I've heard that Korea's techniques and experience are quite good. But the thought of flying there, finding a doctor, and dealing with the language barrier seems a bit troublesome…

My biggest concern is how to handle follow-up and recovery if I have the procedure done in Korea. Has anyone had experience having it done in both places? Or ultimately chose one over the other? I'd love to hear how you weigh these factors. How do you consider things like cost, safety, and convenience?
