How do foreigners find clinics in South Korea?

Hi everyone! My name is Anh, and I'm planning to go to Korea for some cosmetic procedures. However, I'm a little worried about finding a trustworthy clinic since I'm abroad. Does anyone have experience with clinics and can share tips on how to check their quality?

I'm especially interested to know how many of you have encountered problems with English or interpreters during consultations and treatments. My English isn't very good, so I'm worried about misunderstandings. Do you usually check if the clinic has staff or interpreters who speak your native language before making a decision?

Also, I'm not sure what to look for when choosing a clinic – certificates, testimonials, or something else? Anyone who's experienced this, could you give me some advice? Thanks everyone!
