Please tell me about swelling care after minor procedures and what to pack when traveling.

Hi, my name is Asuka. I'm planning to have a minor procedure in Korea next month, and I have a trip coming up right after. Is swelling after the procedure common? How long does it usually take for it to subside?

I'm especially concerned about what skincare items to bring with me during my trip. Did anyone bring cooling sheets or anything similar? Also, if you have any advice on what precautions to take before and after flying, please let me know. This is my first procedure, so I'm quite anxious...

Furthermore, how many days should I realistically leave between the procedure and my trip? I'd love to hear any tips on how to manage the recovery period without overdoing it, especially from people with experience. Thank you!
