Hello everyone, I'm Mio. I'm planning to get cosmetic treatments in Korea next month, and I'm unsure about what to pack for post-treatment care. I've heard that cooling and moisturizing are important after procedures, but what do you all actually prepare?
For now, I'm thinking of bringing cooling sheets and moisturizing gel from Japan, but honestly, I don't know which products are truly effective... I'm also curious about silicone scar tape, has anyone actually used it? Can you buy it at pharmacies in Korea?
I guess the care items needed might differ depending on the type of procedure. I'd love to hear about your experiences, like how you spent your time on the way home or on the plane. If you have any recommendations or things to watch out for, I'd be happy if you could share them!

Mio, I totally get it! I had the same concerns. From my experience, you can actually find similar cooling sheets at local drugstores, so if you want to lighten your luggage, buying them there is a good option. Also, the airplane cabin can be surprisingly dry, so it's really useful to bring a small, travel-sized moisturizing gel that's easy to fit in your pouch!
