I'm planning to have a petit procedure in Korea and then travel back to Thailand the same week. I'm worried about swelling and how to take care of myself during the flight 😭 For those who have had this procedure and traveled that way, do you have any advice? For example, what should I pack, or which seat should I choose?

Also, regarding gels or masks to reduce swelling, what kind should I look for? Should I choose products that are cooling? How do I check the ingredients? This is my first time, so I don't know much 😅 Does anyone have tips or experiences they'd like to share? Thank you in advance! 💕
