How did you decide between getting the procedure done in Japan or in South Korea?

Hi, this is Misaki. I've been struggling with something for a while, and I wanted to post this to hear about everyone's experiences.

I'm considering cosmetic procedures, but I'm torn between doing it in Japan or going to Korea. Korea seems to have more options, and from what I've seen on social media, it seems more advanced and appealing. However, when I think about follow-up and what to do if something goes wrong... I'm wondering if it would be easier to do it in Japan. The travel time and cost for the round trip are also quite significant.

For those who have actually had procedures done in Korea, or those who ultimately chose to do it in Japan after much deliberation, how did you make your decision? I'd love to hear about the good and bad points, and other real-life experiences. I hope to find the right option for me.
