Hi everyone, I'm Indah from Jakarta. So I'm thinking about trying aesthetic treatments in Korea, but honestly, I'm a bit nervous about the budget and logistics. This is my first time going to Korea for something medical-related, so I'm honestly at a loss.
What's keeping me stuck is... I don't know how long I should stay there? Like, is one week enough or do I need more? Plus, there's recovery time, so how many days do I need to clear my schedule? And regarding the budget, the treatment price alone is confusing, not to mention flights, hotels, meals, etc. I'm afraid there will be a lot of unexpected hidden costs when I get there.
Has anyone ever gone for a treatment on their own without a tour package? How did you plan everything? Was it worth it, or was it more practical to get an all-inclusive package? I'd love to hear your honest experiences, especially regarding budgeting and timelines. Thank you in advance!

I completely understand your concerns! I also traveled alone from Taiwan, and frankly, budget planning was the biggest headache 😅 I later found that a week is actually manageable, but it's best to allow a few days for recovery time for peace of mind. Airfare, accommodation, and food add up to a significant expense. I suggest you write to the places you want to visit beforehand to ask how long the recovery period is, so you can better estimate your budget.
