Hello everyone! I'm Wulan and I'm preparing for a trip to Korea next month for some treatments. I've started thinking about the aftercare products I need to bring from here or buy there.
I plan to bring cooling masks and silicone scar sheets from Indonesia, but I'm wondering — is it better to buy them in Korea or bring them from here? What about the prices? Also, I'd love to know about good gels or other products for recovery. Has anyone experienced this before?
I'm also curious, besides those things, what else should I prepare for the recovery period? I've heard that proper aftercare is really important. Do you have any recommendations or experiences you can share? Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all 💕

I totally get how Wulan feels! I had the same worries when I first came from Japan 😅 There are so many types of cooling masks in Korea, so you might be able to buy them there, but it's also reassuring to bring what you're used to. In the end, I brought both and bought more locally when I ran out. I really felt how important aftercare is during the recovery period, so I think preparing in advance like Wulan is the right move!
I'm also thinking about the same thing! I'm from the UAE and planning a Korean trip soon, so I see your idea about products from here or there as very practical 💭. I hope you find good information here from the girls who have tried, hopefully, we can all benefit from the experiences!
Hi Wulan! From my experience, it's better to just bring cooling masks from Indonesia because we're more familiar with our skin and they're much cheaper. But for local aftercare products like sheet masks and gels, treat yourself and buy them there because there are many options and the quality is really good! Don't forget to also bring a long-lasting sunscreen because that's the most important thing during recovery 😊
