Besides looking at pictures and likes, what other ways are there to tell if a review is genuine? I've heard that some clinics write their own positive reviews, and I'm really worried about falling into a trap.

Also, what kind of warning signs should I be wary of? For example, promises of extremely exaggerated results, or reviews that all seem very similar?
