How can foreigners like me read Korean clinic reviews safely?

Hello, my name is Gift, a Thai woman planning to get treatments in Korea. The problem is, I can barely read Korean 😅 Right now, I mostly rely on Google Translate and I'm worried I might misunderstand reviews.

I'd like to ask those who have already been there: what should I watch out for when reading reviews? For example, did the clinic post the review themselves? How can I tell if it's a real person writing it, not a spam account? Are there any obvious red flags, or any documents I should look at before deciding to book?

Or can anyone recommend any apps or websites that are trustworthy? I'm afraid of being scammed 🥺 Thank you.
