I can't understand many of the reviews, and translation software sometimes produces strange results, so I'm completely unsure what to believe and what not to believe.

I'd like to ask if there are any reliable methods for filtering reviews? For example, are there any reviews with warning signs that I should be particularly wary of? Or are some review platforms more trustworthy than others? I'm also curious about how everyone does their research, especially when there's a language barrier.

Also, I'd like to ask if it's difficult to contact clinics directly in English or Chinese? Or are there usually ways to communicate in most places? I'm really worried about being misled, so I'd love to hear any advice. Thank you!
