Hi everyone! I'm Yunru from Taiwan. I'm thinking of trying some cosmetic procedures in Seoul, but to be honest, I'm a little nervous. My Korean isn't good enough to discuss medical details, so I'm worried about communication problems.
How do you all find clinics? I've seen a lot of recommendations online, but it's really hard to tell which are genuine reviews and which might be advertisements. Does anyone have a checklist, like what to look for to confirm a clinic's reliability?
Also, do clinics usually offer consultations in English or other languages? Or do I need to bring my own translator or use a translation app? I know this is quite important because it's crucial to ensure the doctor and I clearly understand my expectations and concerns. Does anyone have experience with this? Thank you so much!

Hey Yunlu! Have you already had consultations with any places, or are you still in the research phase? I'm also from the US and was worried about the language barrier at first, but I'm curious if you've found any clinics that specifically mention having English-speaking staff — that might save you a lot of stress before you even book!
