I noticed a few people mentioning getting braces as a child, only to have their teeth separate again and then get laminates, so I decided to leave a review too. Haha. Actually, I kept it a secret because I was afraid I’d be teased for spending a lot of money on my teeth, but I was in that situation myself... ㅠㅠㅠ
I don't really consider braces to be cheap, but you know how people tease you about everything when you're young. In my case, it was because of my crooked teeth. It was so stressful that I cried and made a huge fuss to my mom to get them straightened, but then I neglected them in my early 20s and they started to separate again... Living through that, I realized that teeth are more important than I thought.
So, I went around looking for a different clinic near where I had my braces done, and I ended up getting laminates at White Dream Dental Clinic.
There were some questions about the "no-prep" method, and I believe it is possible as long as the teeth aren't crooked or protruding! (Of course, I'm not an expert, so I'm not entirely sure...)
After a brief consultation, they said it was possible to do the "no-prep" or "minimal-prep" method, so I went ahead with the treatment. I haven't had any tooth sensitivity recently, and I'm taking good care of my teeth. I don't really remember eating things like jelly since then. ㅠㅠ

Ah... jelly is my favorite snack, so I can't eat it? ㅠㅠ Still, it's a relief that it's an uncensored Chiyo.
Since I started receiving treatment, I naturally began avoiding sticky foods... haha. It's been about half a year now, and I don't have any tooth sensitivity, so I am very satisfied.
