Hi everyone, I'm Fangfang. I've been considering getting double eyelid surgery lately because my eyes are a bit plain. Initially, I wanted to have it done in China. However, a friend recommended Seoul for its aesthetic sense and surgical techniques, so I'm starting to hesitate – should I really fly there specifically?

My main concerns are cost and recovery. International airfare, accommodation, and taking time off work all add up to a significant time and financial expense. Plus, there will be swelling for a few days after the surgery, and I'm unsure if the return flight to China will affect recovery. Have any of you ladies gone to Korea specifically for this surgery? How did you weigh these factors?

Also, I'd like to ask, if I decide to go, how do I find a doctor, how do I communicate, and what research do I need to do beforehand? I feel like language might be a minor issue, haha. Could experienced friends share their experiences with the whole process? Thank you!
