Hi, my name is Gift, and I'm planning a trip to Korea for facial treatments. I want to do some skincare and a few other things, but I'm very worried about finding a trustworthy clinic. Has anyone here, as a foreigner, been to Korea before? Do you have any tips on avoiding potential problems?
My biggest concern is communication. How can I tell if the clinic has good translation services? What questions should I ask during the initial consultation? I want to be sure I understand all the doctor's information during the actual treatment. Does anyone have experience with this?
Also, how should I check the clinic's standards? Are there any other things I should look for? I welcome all advice. Thank you in advance for your help! 🙏

Hi! I was thinking the same thing, so I totally understand your concerns about communication. Maybe you could check to see if the clinic has staff who can speak English or even Indonesian, and don't be shy about asking during your initial consultation about how they handle international patients—that can tell you a lot about their professionalism!
I'm also considering getting skin treatments in Korea, so I totally understand your concerns! I think it's best to call or email the clinic directly to ask if they offer Chinese consultation services. This way, you can assess their communication skills beforehand, and for your first consultation, you can bring a friend or use a translation app to ensure you understand everything clearly.
