I also stayed in Korea for skin treatments before, and my situation was different, but what I learned is that sleeping position is really, really important—maybe you could try sleeping with an extra pillow or in a position that doesn't put direct pressure on the sore area? I really sympathize with you, I went through that phase too and it was truly uncomfortable. I found that keeping my head elevated while sleeping and using gentle cold compresses helped a little with the tightness, you should give it a try!
