Anyone else nervous about the language barrier at consultations in Seoul?

Hi everyone! So I'm planning a trip to Seoul in a few months to look into some aesthetic treatments, and I'm honestly a bit anxious about the language thing. I speak English fluently but basically zero Korean, haha. I'm wondering if anyone else has navigated consultations without speaking the language? Do most places have English-speaking staff, or should I expect to need a translator? I've seen some clinics mention English availability online, but I'm not sure how reliable that actually is or if I'm better off just bringing someone with me. Any advice from people who've actually done this would be super helpful!
