Lately, I've become very interested in cosmetic medicine in Korea and have been doing a lot of research. However, I'm struggling with how to read reviews... I'm not very good at Korean, so I'm using a translation app, but I often worry whether the information is really accurate.

What worries me most is that if there are only really good reviews, I start to wonder, "Could this be an advertisement?" Also, how do I find negative opinions? How do you distinguish trustworthy clinics when there's a language barrier?

If any of you have any tips on reading reviews of Korean clinics—things to watch out for, or points to look for—please share them! Any hints that would help us foreigners choose clinics with confidence would be greatly appreciated!
