Hi everyone! My name is Hoa, and I'm planning a minor procedure in Korea next week, but I also have plans to travel afterward. I'm worried about managing the swelling and aftercare while traveling a lot.
Has anyone else been in a similar situation? I'd like to know what to bring to help reduce swelling and improve skin care. What products have you found helpful? I've heard about gels, masks, and other things, but I'm not sure what to prioritize.
Also, are there any ways to better self-care while I'm away? I'm also unsure how long it will take for the swelling to almost completely subside so I can feel more comfortable. Any advice from you ladies would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Hoai! I'm also considering trying a similar procedure during my trip to Korea, so I'm so happy to read about your experience. I hope everything goes smoothly, and hopefully we can share some travel care tips!
Oh, I totally understand! When I went to youth therapy last time, my skin was really puffy like a balloon. But what really helped me was sleeping with my head elevated and rubbing a cooling gel firmly under my skin while I slept. Others say wearing a mask multiple times also helps. 💙
I've traveled too! A little tip that helped me was to try to keep my head elevated at night and drink plenty of water throughout the trip. And the cooling face masks from the hotel fridge were really helpful in the evenings 😊
