What to pack for aftercare when traveling right after a small procedure?

Hi everyone! So I'm planning to get a minor procedure done while I'm in Korea next month, but I'm flying back home like 4-5 days after. I'm honestly a bit nervous about managing swelling on a plane and during travel, haha.

Does anyone have tips on what to bring in my carry-on for aftercare? I'm thinking ice packs, compression stuff, maybe some gentle skincare products? I'm also wondering if there are any common aftercare items I should look for at Korean pharmacies before I leave — I'm not sure what's available back home and don't want to be caught off guard.

Also, any general advice on flying with swelling? Should I be worried, or is it pretty manageable if you're careful? I'd really appreciate hearing from people who've traveled right after getting something done. Thanks in advance!
