How can foreigners like me find a trustworthy clinic in Korea?

Hello, my name is Tan. I'm planning to get a permanent makeup or some kind of procedure in Korea, but I'm not sure how to find a trustworthy clinic yet. Has anyone been before, or do you have any good tips for choosing one?

What worries me is the communication aspect. Why would it be easier with an interpreter, or should I look for a clinic that speaks good English? And what should I ask during the first consultation, or are there things I need to check before making a decision?
