Hi everyone! I'm Sinta from Indonesia and I wanted to ask those who have already experienced a minor procedure in Korea while traveling. So my plan is to get a small aesthetic treatment but head back to Indonesia in a few days, and I'm a bit worried about the swelling.

For example, to reduce swelling, what are the things doctors usually recommend or what you've learned from experience? I heard ice packs are really important in the first few days, but are there special products I need to buy there or can I use common ones? And for sleeping position, is it true you have to sleep with your head elevated?

I also wanted to ask, what aftercare products do I need to bring back to Indonesia? I don't want to buy the wrong thing or miss anything important. Do I need a special sunscreen? Can I use regular skincare products or do they have to be really gentle?
