For the past few months, my menstrual cramps have become very severe and my flow has suddenly increased, so I was worried and went to the OB/GYN, where multiple uterine fibroids were discovered.
At first, the doctor suggested we just monitor the situation, but as time passed and my symptoms worsened, daily life became so difficult that I am now seriously considering surgery.
Ideally, I would like to have surgery that preserves my uterus as much as possible, and I would also prefer an atmosphere where I can talk comfortably during consultations or examinations.

I had surgery for uterine fibroids last year, and the recovery period really differed depending on whether it was open surgery or laparoscopic surgery. I had laparoscopic surgery at Chunhae Hospital, and they explained everything very well.
The difference between laparoscopic surgery and open surgery is that significant.. I also want to have it done laparoscopically if possible, but I heard it depends on the size and location of the fibroid ㅠㅠ Thank you for the great information!
