Is it worth going all the way to Seoul for double eyelid surgery... I'm undecided.

Hi everyone, I'm Aki. I've been thinking a lot lately about getting double eyelid surgery in Seoul. I know I could get it done in Japan, but Korean surgeons seem to have more expertise, and I thought it would be nice to combine it with a trip. However, the flight and accommodation costs add up, don't they? Honestly, I'm not sure if it's really worth going all that way for it.

I've heard that some clinics in Korea offer services in Japanese, but I'm also worried about post-operative care... I'd love to hear from people who have traveled from Japan for surgery and how they made their decision. Should I prioritize the results and the surgeon's skill, or focus more on the cost? Are there any key factors I should be considering?

I'm planning a trip to Seoul next month, so I was thinking of at least going for a consultation there. What would you all do in my situation? I'd really appreciate your honest opinions! 😭
