Hi everyone! My name is Hien, and I had a minor procedure done in Korea a few days ago. Now I have some swelling and bruising. I'm not sure how normal this is, so I'd like to ask if anyone has experienced something similar and has any helpful care tips.
I'm trying to keep the area clean and drink plenty of water, but I'm a little worried about how to speed up the recovery. Can anyone share their daily routine after procedures like this? Are there any special things to avoid? I've heard that avoiding alcohol and sun might help, but I'm not sure how long it takes before I can resume normal activities.

Hey Hien! I totally get the worry — I had some swelling and bruising after my procedure too and honestly it freaked me out at first, but everyone kept telling me it was normal. The swelling def went down after a few days, and the bruising took longer but faded gradually. I think just being patient with it and following what your clinic told you is the best approach, since everyone heals a little differently!
