Hi everyone! I'm Hesti from Jakarta, and I'm planning to go to Korea next month for some beauty treatments. I'm a bit worried about the home care, especially if there's swelling or redness. I was wondering, from those of you who have been there, what aftercare products should I bring from here or buy there?
My speculation is that a cooling mask or soothing sheet mask would be really helpful for the first week. Some people also say silicone scar sheets are useful, but I'm still a bit unsure whether they're really necessary or just marketing hype. And what about soothing gels or essences specifically for aftercare? Are local Korean brands better, or are the ones I buy in Indonesia just as good?
Can anyone share their experiences? What are your favorite products that help with smoother recovery? Thank you so much! 😊

Hesty, I completely understand your concern! I also experienced the same thing and was worried about the swelling and redness, but thankfully the soothing masks helped a lot in the first few days. Honestly, I don't have much experience with specific products, but I think any good soothing product will work, whether it's from Korea or here. The important thing is to choose something gentle on the skin 💙
