Hi, it's Erika. I'm planning a beauty treatment trip to Korea next month, and I'm unsure about what aftercare items to bring.
To ensure a comfortable recovery period after returning home, I've seen things like cooling masks, silicone sheets, and soothing gels, but I'm wondering what's actually useful. Are there things I should prepare in advance in Japan, and things that are better to buy locally?
I have sensitive skin, so I'm looking for gentle products. If anyone has gone on a similar beauty trip, I'd love to hear about what was actually helpful and what you found unnecessary. I'm also not quite sure about the budget yet... 😅
I'd be so happy if someone could give me some advice!

I have very sensitive skin too, so I totally get how you feel! My experience is to buy the basic essentials in Vietnam first (like a gentle toner, a familiar moisturizer) because my skin is afraid of trying too many new things after treatment. Then, while in Korea, I just bought cooling masks and a gentle cleanser. For the budget, I prepared around a few hundred thousand VND for aftercare, but it really depends on what I choose 😊
