Hi everyone, this is my first post! I'm Rin. I'm planning to get a small cosmetic procedure in Korea next month, but I have a trip scheduled right after... so I wanted to ask about managing swelling.
Honestly, I'm not really sure how long swelling typically lasts after a procedure. I'd love to hear any advice on what to be mindful of during my trip, or any products that would be good to bring along. For example, what do you all usually prepare in terms of cooling items or moisturizers?
I know it probably depends on the specific procedure, but I'd be happy to hear about general experiences. Also, if there's anything you learned to be careful about while traveling after a procedure, I'd like to take that into consideration too. Sorry for all the questions! 😅

Not sure which clinic to choose?

Hi Lin Meimei! I'm also considering a similar small project and then flying away immediately, so I totally understand your concerns 😅 I heard that the first few days after surgery can be quite swollen, so cold compresses and hydration are indeed very important. I plan to bring a portable cold spray and masks, and I'll also pay attention to not being too hot or too dry during the flight. Looking forward to your future updates!
Hi Lin! I wanted to ask if you've decided on which clinic you're going to? And I'm also curious about how long the clinic you chose recommends you wait before you can travel normally. I'm aware 😅
