How do foreigners actually find clinics? Is it mainly through social media and review sites? Also, I think language support during consultations is important, so what kind of clinics do you all choose? Do you choose clinics that offer English support? Or do many people use translation apps?

Since it's my first time, I want to choose a clinic where I can properly communicate my wishes during the consultation. For those who have actually gone, what points did you check? I would appreciate it if you could tell me💭
