Hi everyone! I'm Huiwen from Taiwan. I took advantage of my vacation to get a small treatment done in Korea, and I'm currently in the recovery phase, so my skin is still a bit red. I kind of regret not preparing some things beforehand and now I can only grab them from convenience stores.
I wanted to ask if any of you experienced sisters specifically bring some skincare products with you before treatments? Like cooling masks, soothing gels, etc.? I heard that cooling products are especially important in the first few days of recovery, but I'm not sure what brands to get or how to choose. Also, what about silicone scar sheets, has anyone used them? Do they really make a difference?
I'm hesitating now about whether to browse the drugstores again, but I don't know how to pick. If I come again next time, I'll definitely do my homework in advance and pack more thoroughly. Can anyone share your recovery checklist? I'm especially curious about what products you've actually used and found helpful~

I'm curious too, Huiwen! How many days before the procedure did you start using cooling or calming products? I want to prepare as well, but I'm afraid if I start too early it might be a waste, hehe.
Hi sis, you mentioned that redness after a few days is normal, right? I'm also worried about this and don't know what soothing product to use that won't cause further irritation 😅
Hi! I'm a little curious, how many days did you need to recover until you felt the redness was gone? Because I was thinking of going again but I'm a bit scared 😅
