Hi everyone! I'm planning a trip to Korea next month for some beauty treatments, and I'm really overthinking aftercare supplies 😅 I know clinics usually provide products, but I want to bring my own backups from home just to be safe.
I'm not sure what to bring. Cooling masks seem essential, especially if your skin is a bit red or swollen. There are also silicone scar sheets, which are said to be good for the initial recovery phase—has anyone used these and found them helpful? And a gentle soothing gel or serum, which I think are also worth it for calming the skin.
Oh yeah, has anyone recommended bringing ice packs or cooling rollers? I've been reading forums but I'm still not sure which is most useful. If you have any experience or have brought special skincare items during recovery in Korea, could you share what really helped and what wasn't really necessary? Thanks in advance! 💕

How long did you use the cooling mask and sheet? I'm wondering the same thing and how long it actually takes. 😊
