What preparations are needed for post-planting care when traveling?

Hi everyone! Has anyone gone through the process of growing a small back and then had to travel abroad for a long time? I'm thinking of doing it myself, but I have to go abroad for a few days afterward. I'm a little hesitant about whether it's feasible and what I need to prepare for post-operative care.

From what I've heard, swelling is a big problem in the first week. Could someone tell me what I should pack? Do I need to bring many things, like ice packs or cooling gels? What's the correct way to care for my back, and what are some really good products you can recommend? I want my back to heal without any problems during my trip.
