Will language be an issue at the consultation in Seoul?

Hello! My name is Odval, and I'm from Mongolia. I'm thinking of going to Seoul later this year to try K-beauty treatments. But I'm wondering — will English be spoken during the consultation? Or do I need to get a Mongolian interpreter? I haven't found any information on how sensitive the local doctors and specialists are to this. What are your experiences?

There are people who have gone to their native country for treatment, was it as easy as possible? I'm not sure if language is really a learning curve when doing research. I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences. Thank you!
